Cannon Insurance Agency is hiring a personal lines Office Manager/Agent/Producer. Full time. An excellent opportunity available for a career-oriented individual who is customer focused, with a taste for sales.
We are looking for a stable professional, licensed in P&C and Life, and offer on-going training.
If you are detail oriented and have experience working in an insurance agency, a self-starter who can manage and grow a book of personal lines business - please apply. Compensation will depend on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
