Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for responding to leads & assigning them to the correct salesman, providing administrative support to multiple departments, and managing office tasks. Pay is DOE
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
-Assign leads to the correct salesman
- Help maintain and manage office inventory
- Work closely with our Office Manager, providing close administrative support
- Pull permits for various jobs
- Make comprehensive documents for the company
- Track our team's gas mileage and truck expenses
- Report lead information weekly
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Familiarity with basic clerical procedures and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
