We are looking for an experienced and up-beat office manager with a warm and welcoming personality to join our team. This individual will be the first point-of-contact with our customers and is essential to the running of our small business. Individual must be a team player, willing to learn, take direction, and fulfill other duties as needed. You also must be highly ethical and value doing what’s right and social justice as we offer help and guidance to our customers for their insurance claims. We are a founding member of WICRA (Washington Independent Collision Repairer’s Association) who is committed to making a difference for consumers and especially in the Spokane market place.

We are an independent collision repair facility that specializes in high quality repairs that follow vehicle manufacturer requirements like OEM parts and repair procedures. Customer service is our number one priority, as customer referrals are our lifeblood! We are Automotive Service Association and Better Business Bureau certified.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments

- Greeting walk-in customers

- Answering phones

- Communicating daily with customers, vendors, and insurance companies via email or text

- Reconciling repair orders and final invoices

- Creating customer files and handling confidential information

- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with major holidays off. We offer competitive wages, bonus incentives, a benefits package, and Paid-Time-Off.

Employment begins with a 90 day probationary period, after which hiree will be considered for full employment.

2+ years customer services experience required. Office and/or automotive industry experience preferred, but not required.
