We’re a busy, established commercial sub contracting company looking for a warm, reliable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming voice of our company!
What You’ll Do:
Answer phones with a smile and create a positive first impression
Book appointments, and manage the schedule
Handle light administrative tasks (emails, filing, payments, etc.)
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
Assist the team with daily tasks as needed
Part-time:16-24 hour per week
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and people skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/MS Office, scheduling software a bonus)
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person!
Competitive hourly pay:$18-20 per hour
