We have an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Scheduler/Dispatcher candidate

Skills:
Knowledge of scheduling and dispatch required
Some Quickbooks Desktop experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/One Note
Pleasant with others on the job and display good-natured, cooperative, and positive attitude
Provide a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Work independently and must be professional and friendly
Dependable to come in for the early work shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm)
Construction knowledge
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, schedule jobs, and dispatch
Customer service support, phone, text, and emails
Answer customer questions.
Handle plumbers needs when called
Schedule inspections and coordinate with homeowners/tenants
Maintain organized filing system
Construction knowledge
Support other office staff responsibilities when needed
Ability to deliver 5-star customer service
Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing office environment
Wages are $18.00 - $20.00 depending on knowledge and experience.
