Your role will involve a wide range of different responsibilities throughout each month:

-Multitasking and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

-Handling client communication with care, setting appointments, and being the face of our front office.

-Using Microsoft Word Suite and Google Suite to streamline office operations.

-Bookkeeping in Quickbooks as well as A/R, A/P, creating journal entries, balancing accounts, and job costing.

-Purchasing and coordinating necessary permits.

-Assisting with marketing campaigns and overseeing direct mail campaigns.

-Handling general administrative tasks like account reconciliation, accounts payable, and more.

Who We're Looking For:

-3+ years of administrative experience.

-Expertise in Microsoft Word Suite, Google Suite.

-Outstanding organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

-Quick Books experience and a familiarity with construction job costing

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Post Falls, ID 83854: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

-Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)

-Quickbooks: 2 years (Preferred)

-Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
