POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Manager is responsible for meeting owners of potential new management properties. Compare market values to determine the rental price. Market the properties with pictures and descriptions and input into AppFolio. Market and re-list new and available rentals as needed.
Maintain guest cards and applications. Screen and qualify prospective tenants. Process rental applications, verifying income, credit and residency history. Maintain all daily paperwork.
Complete Move outs when a tenant vacates a property. Assess any damage or work needed to bring the property back to rent ready. Work with your Inside Manager to complete move out letters in a timely manner.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Walking vacant units to make sure they are rent ready
- Performing inspections of properties for upkeep or maintenance needs
- Maintaining an active knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Processing and posting of all legal notices

Starting Pay: DOE $19-23/hr

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Property Management is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be a team player, ability to multitask, handle confrontational situations
- Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software.
- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Be willing to drive to properties.
