Small Locally Owned Business Seeking Roving Maintenance Tech.
Duties:
Complete Service Requests to include light plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
Assist with turnover of Homes, Duplexes, Small Apartment Buildings
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (preferably a truck)
Must have own tools
Must possess the skills to work indepentently
Must have minimum 3 years maintenance work
Compensation:
$25-$28 per hour Plus trip fees
