Primary Responsibilities - Packaging Misc Cannabis Products
Perform all aspects of cannabis packaging across multiple skus with attention to detail while maintaining packaging times.
This includes but is not limited to:
Scaling flower into a jar or mylar.
Tubing, sleeveing, bagging, heat sealing joints
Scaling and final packaging extract (bho/rosin)
Stickering flower jars
Potential Responsibilities - Plant Maintenance:
Perform all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including but not limited to:
Vegetative stage plant care.
Pruning and defoliation.
General Physical Labor - Execute physically demanding tasks, including:
Safely lifting and moving up to 50 lbs of boxes of jars, soil, plants, and equipment.
Performing repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods, with appropriate safety measures.
Ability to stand for 8hrs
General Environmental Maintenance - Maintain a clean and organized environment by:
General cleaning and sanitation of grow rooms and equipment.
Waste disposal and recycling.
Maintaining a sterile work environment.
Flexibility - Demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, to accommodate cultivation schedules and maintain farm cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Minimum 21 years of age.
Ability to perform physical labor in a safe and responsible manner.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
