Exciting opportunity to join the Sportsman Ski Haus team.
Sportsman and Ski Haus in Coeur D' Alene is seeking a full-time or part-time Golf department salesperson to join our team. Ability to demonstrate golf equipment knowledge coupled with strong sales ability is required. Prior hard goods sales experience and knowledge of golf equipment is required. ABILITY TO GIVE GOLF LESSONS AND DO CLUB FITTINGS IS NEEDED.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back to Sportsman and Ski Haus time after time. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your product knowledge and selling strength will make you an important part of our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating OUTSTANDING customer service skills, meeting selling standards and loyalty program standards, providing product knowledge to our customers and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives.

Ensure sales floor readiness for customers to include restocking and assistance with new product arrivals to prepare for sale as needed

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the willingness to get the job at hand done.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening and weekend availability
Adhere to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures
