We are hiring a full-time inventory specialist to help with inventory in both our dispensary and liquor store in Wenatchee.

TO APPLY, you must meet minimum of at least 1 year inventory experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Applicants must be 21 years or older.

WAGES Negotiable depending on experience with bonus potential. Base salary ranges between 45,000 and 55,000 annually based on experience. Bonus is up to $12,000 annually based on performance metrics. Most inventory staff are receiving 10,000 to 12,000 annually in additional performance bonuses. Estimated gross income is between $59,000 - $69,000 annually.

About the job:

Inventory specialists oversee receiving, storing, auditing and distributing products. This position requires constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

The position is a set schedule Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm.

Daily activities include

Receive, count and verify product deliveries

· Organization of product in inventory

· Ensure all products are properly labeled/organized in appropriate locations

· Merchandise, maintain and organize retail displays

· Teach and guide sales staff on inventory lookup and new product education

· Educate staff about handling returned/defective products and tracking those products for proper data collection

· Log and process return manifests for Defective/Returned products

· Print, maintain and organize retail labels and menus

· Oversee daily retail case audits performed by sales staff to ensure case label accuracy

· Management and organization of inventory documents on Microsoft One Drive and Sharepoint

· Maintaining inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory loss rates through scheduled audits

· Notify Sales Manager on duty of any product anomalies (For example, 2 barcodes for one product)

· Attend inventory meetings monthly

· Receive, fulfill, and complete online orders

· Additional occasional duties include answering incoming phone calls, helping customers and performing sales when needed
