American Radiator is a 45 year old company. We have a new warehouse and transfer location in Spokane, where we need a qualified person to run that warehouse. We stock new complete radiators at this location, and take in work to be repaired, rebuilt or re-cored. We run a transfer truck Mondays and Thursdays between our Pasco facility and the Spokane warehouse.
This person will be answering the phone, looking up parts for cars, light truck and heavy duty trucks. You will be unloading and receiving work to be transferred to our Pasco location for repair. Once work is preformed and done, work will be transferred back to Spokane and you will be required to call customers for them to come in and pick up done work.
Since this is a new location you will be working with our Spokane sales rep by making phone calls to customers letting them know we now have a full time retail/warehouse transfer location open.
Duties include:
Open and close of store. 8:00am to 4:30pm daily Monday thru Friday
Customer service, answering phone calls.
Log in new jobs.
Call customers when jobs are ready for pick up.
Use QuickBooks to invoice customers and look up parts.
Use Monday app for logging in jobs
Unload freight tuck.
Use forklift for loading and unloading
Requirements:
Automotive and industrial experience helpful for selling parts and online catalog.
Basic computer knowledge so we can train you with Quickbooks, and Monday app.
Ability to work independently, establish priorities and and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
Able to lift 70lbs or more without help.
Forklift experience.
Valid drivers license and good driving record.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Salary:
Starting salary is $18.00/hr
Review in 90 days for an increase of $2.00/hr
Salary range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00hr
Health insurance after 90 days paid in full
Sick time 1hr for every 40hr worked
Vacation, 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years
