We are seeking an ambitious, entry level Outside B2B Sales Representative to sell our specialized industrial products, tools and parts to new and existing customers. We offer extensive training and a comprehensive income plan. In this business to business sales role you will focus on prospecting, business development, and building long term relationships with your customers via networking and cold calling. Currently, we need a competitive, confident, and self-driven individual to fill our lucrative sales opportunity in the greater Spokane WA Area. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

This opportunity for Outside Sales provides:

Pros

I have been working in the specialty maintenance chemical industry for over 10 years. I have work experience with other chemical companies and, from my personal experience, I have to say the grass is greener here at Omega! The benefits are great, the opportunity to earn more money is a constant and our management and owners are open to constructive feedback, ideas and investing in our long term success.

Cons

This is a competitive industry and you have to be a go getter! If you can't self motivate, manage your time well or put in the time and commitment to build and grow a territory, this job will be hard. Work hard and you will see the rewards!

Advice to Management

This is a sales job and there are expectations. If you need help or additional training and ASK for it, you will get it! You are expected to work hard but you are paid well to do so!

Working for Omega Industrial has been a blessing. Having the ability to control your own schedule and determine how much money you want to make makes this the ideal career. WE have a very supportive office staff that is willing to do whatever it take to help out the sales force

Cons

It can get lonely at times being on the road by yourself, but thankfully there is plenty of opportunity to ride with managers for support.
