We are expanding in Spokane and two have a positions available for Employee Benefit Consultants with our award winning Agency. We are a nationally recognized vertically integrated insurance agency, specializing in employee benefits consulting and administration. We are one of the largest specialty employee benefit agencies headquartered in Kirkland Washington.

We provide specific and detailed training and development to our Employee Benefit Consultants.

Description

AristaPoint is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Employee Benefit Consultant. Insurance licenses in Life and Disability will be required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, professional sales skills, and the ability to learn and master a new sales methodology.

What does a Consultant for AristaPoint do?

An AristaPoint Consultant will receive in depth industry, product, and sales training. Consultants work with businesses to develop compelling healthcare business solutions to meet a client’s critical business needs through a consultative selling approach. Consultants must be able to develop their expertise to demonstrate their credibility within the industry and assist companies in developing sustainable employee benefit strategies.

An AristaPoint Consultant is required to master the proprietary marketing systems and processes of the company. Consultants will utilize the proven marketing process to access prospects and referred leads. Consultants are responsible to meet or exceed established prospecting and sales goals.

Required Experience

Candidates must have the following:

An exceptional work ethic

Prior successful sales experience

A history of being accountable to and achieving sales goals

Highly developed oral and written skills

Be coachable to learning a proven sales process

Dependable transportation, be punctual

Neat appearance and be able to meet the public

Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel

A Washington State Producer Insurance License in Life and Disability will be required
