In this role, you are developing a talent pool for our clients critical positions. Our Executive Recruiters will identify the experience and detailed backgrounds required for each position. You will research the industry, identify potential recruits, create target lists to call, draft effective sales presentations, and then make 80-100 calls a day directly to the individuals our clients want to hire. Your job is to present our clients opportunity to qualified individuals, and share with them why this opportunity will offer them more challenge, more growth, and will meet their professional and personal goals.
