About the role:
We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.
12 week paid training program to start!
What you’ll be doing:
Regularly meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Canvassing, cold calling, and prospecting daily for new leads
Setting sales appointments
Serving as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determining the next steps for each prospect moving through the pipeline
Proactively developing outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Generating and sending estimates to potential customers
Establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls daily
Required Skills:
Entry level sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to make effective decisions without specific instruction, while being capable of taking direction from upper management
Authorized to work in the United States
Acceptable background check per company standards
Preferred but not required Skills:
Previous experience in the construction industry
Previous commercial roofing experience
