Toby's Battery & Auto Electric is looking to fill a Service Advisor position. We are a small, independently owned, and well known automotive and electrical repair shop. We are looking for the right person to join the Toby's team and assist with helping customers. We value our employees, cherish their knowledge, and assist them in furthering career goals.

Required of you:
Must be willing and able to make recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles; insure proper processing of the work orders and assist customers through the service process as well as any follow ups. You must be able to work with insurance, warranty, state and local agencies, also venders of many to complete services. Common sense is a must to insure company productivity along with fairness to our customers.
Must be a hard working, not afraid to get dirty, and self motivated. Attention to detail, along with ability to learn new things. Must be able to lift 60 lbs regularly. Minor automotive repairs, ie battery installs, wiper installs, terminal installs are all apart of the job. Tools can be provided but may require some additional. Uniforms are provided. Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record preffered. Fork lift experience is a plus, training available. Automotive background also a plus. Great attitude and a will to grow also a must.
The above position is full time Monday - Friday 8:30A - 5:30P. Occasional Saturdays 9A-3P are rotated in schedule as well. If you believe this is the right fit for you come on down and apply.
