Base Salary after Training and Licensing:
$33,000, Exempt from overtime
Commissions from Representation and Tax Prep Contracts. Example of commissions on $100k sales is $5,000 earned, i.e. 5% commission, paid after client deposit is received and as funds are collected
Commissions from Bookkeeping and other contracts like Peace of Mind Packages
