Cutting Edge Industrial Flooring is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
At Cutting Edge, we specialize in delivering durable, high-performance flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional spaces. From warehouses and manufacturing facilities to retail and healthcare environments, our work is built to last — and so are our customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage new business opportunities in your territory
Build long-term partnerships with contractors, facility managers, and business owners
Conduct on-site visits and project assessments
Present and sell customized flooring solutions
Collaborate closely with our project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in outside or B2B sales (construction or industrial background preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
