We are seeking a motivated and personable Plant & Flower Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a wide range of plants and flowers to new and existing customers.
Build strong relationships with retail clients, florists, garden centers, and other industry partners.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and offering advice on selection and care.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plant and flower industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
Passion for plants and flowers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
