We are looking for 1 dynamic person who is capable of the following:
1- Leading and developing a crew to build decks, siding and roof covers
2- You will be expected to help implement structure and processes
3- We do not compromise with our quality but must done efficiently
4- We do not offer insurance benefits currently, but we do have a great compensation bonus program that is consistent and lucrative
5- Must be a pro with building decks, covers, siding and building small sheds and carpentry.
6- Must be a team player and a hard/smart worker
WE are looking to hire someone that can build with us into 2026 and the future.
Our builds are within a 30 mile radius of Post Falls, sometimes more.
