We are an independent, locally-owned auto body shop looking to add a full-time, experienced, high quality Collision Repair Technician to join our team.
Flash's Auto Body & Paint specializes in OEM parts and repair procedures, and is committed to getting the job done right the first time. Customer service is our number one priority, as customer referrals are our lifeblood! We are Automotive Service Association and Better Business Bureau certified.
Position Requirements:
Body Technician with a minimum of five years experience, has a good natured attitude, and is a team player. Applicants must be committed to following OEM procedures, have a proven track record of frame and structure repairs using a dedicated fixture frame bench as well as standard drive on frame bench, panel bonding and riveting, proper MAG welding techniques, be able to complete 80 hours/flag units per week and be excellent at documentation of repairs. This position will operate under the direction of our Production Manager. I-CAR certifications are a requirement. Commitment to keep the workspace clean and attention to detail are a must.
Our shop operates Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm with major holidays off. We offer competitive wages, a benefits package, and Paid-Time-Off after one (1) year of consistent employment as well as sick pay. Our team members are regularly offered opportunities for industry training, hosted by certified and recognized automotive organizations.
Employment begins with a 90 day probationary period, after which hiree will be considered for full employment.
