CALIFORNIA CLOSETS is seeking full-time shop help for our rapidly growing business in Post Falls. This is year-round indoor work. Experience not required, but it is a plus.
Hours: M-F 7am to 3:30pm during busy times, there may be overtime.
Responsibilities
On/off-loading of the product from, tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates daily.
Operate tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner.
Flexibility to work different stations as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to read, understand and interpret paperwork, labels and mathematical measurements including using a tape measure
Strong verbal and listening skills
Able to work individually as well as in teams
Experience with common hand and power tools
Forklift experience a plus
Computer programming experience a plus
Ability to stand and be on feet for 8+ hour shift
Effectively communicate with leadership/Co-workers on any issues with material and/or mechanical breakdowns.
Detail Oriented in quality checking every piece of material
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Ability to lift 50-100lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch
