Carpenters must have basic hand tools and basic power tools, saw,drill, etc Laborers show up with a positive attitude and ready to work. Those with the aptitude and drive to become more can be taught and can move up.
We have 3,000 feet of wood fence to put in, construction in the horse arena and horse barns and much more ranch construction to do.
