Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
-Conducted site evaluations, prepared installation plans, and ensured all necessary materials and equipment were available and prepared for each project.
-Implement and adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project details, progress reports, and inventory management.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed project.
