Small Custom Home Builder looking for quality and experienced superintendent to manage several projects at a time with high attention to quality, detail and organization. Must have good communication skills, strong structural understanding, knowledge of the entire building process, understanding of code, good documentation skills, and ability to proactively manage the project schedule.
Pay depending on experience. Includes company truck, gas and phone stipend.
