Spalding Auto Parts is looking for a Customer Service Assistant Supervisor to join our team! This position will support the Customer Service/Parts Puller Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in overseeing customer service and parts pulling operations
-Support and coordinate with the supervisor to manage workflow and staff
-Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:
-Mechanically inclined and comfortable around auto parts
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
