MB Builders is a custom homebuilder known for our luxury and detailed work on new and remodeled homes. We are looking for experienced carpenters to join our crew! We complete work for leak repairs, exterior remodels, interior remodels, and new builds across the Hayden, CDA and Sandpoint area. We work year-round to close each job with professionalism and precision. We are a small team-oriented company looking to expand our detailing crew.
This role requires the following:
· Eye for detail
· Drywall experience
· Interior trim/millwork experience
· Siding experience
· Decking experience
· Setting windows and doors
· Lifting 50lb+ objects safely
· Using hand tools
· Assembling and using scaffolding safely
· Using ladders safely
Individuals must be on time, willing to communicate with team leaders, be able to drive a company vehicle, and pass a drug test. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and willing to complete punch lists perfectly in a timely manner. This position requires you to have knowledge in siding, decking, framing, and door and window installation.
This job consists of framing detailing, drywall detailing, paint/trim detailing, and assisting with demolition and cleaning up as needed.

Compensation
This is a full-time position, we are looking for someone to be able to work 40+ hours a week.
Starting pay is $27 an hour, wages increase based on knowledge and performance.
