Job Description:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Routine inspections and repairs of the facility.
- Preventative maintenance on equipment and systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC).
- Minor carpentry and construction projects.
- Landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
- Assisting with the setup and takedown of special events.
- Responding to service requests from staff and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.
