HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:
- $65k–$100k/year, no flat rate
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly profit sharing
- 4-Day workweeks (10-hour shifts) mean every weekend is a 3-day weekend

✓ 4-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – Our schedule is 6:45am–5:15pm, Tuesday - Friday. That means every weekend is a 3-day weekend to recharge, spend time with family, or just live your life.
✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – We work on a mix of SUVs, pickups, light-duty diesels, and some farm and medium-duty trucks. Diagnostics in the morning, production in the afternoon—you’ll get plenty of variety to sharpen your skills.
✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN-DOOR POLICY) – Marcus has been in the bay for nearly 30 years. He meets with each tech one-on-one weekly, listens when you need to vent, and backs his techs over customers. Your opinion matters here, and you’ll always know where you stand.
✓ WE INVEST IN YOU – We cover ASE tests, give raises for each one you pass, and set a goal of 80 hours of training per year. On top of that, you’ll get a $2,000 annual tool allowance to keep you sharp and well-equipped.
✓ CLEAN, WELL-EQUIPPED SHOP – Our new facility (opening March ’26) was designed with input from the team. Six deep bays, bright lighting, climate control, and all the up-to-date diagnostic tools you’ll need to do your best work.
✓ NO DRAMA, NO POLITICS – Marcus has a zero-tolerance policy for drama. We use “opportunity forms” to address issues, not people. No favoritism, no pet techs—just a team that’s got each other’s backs.
✓ YOU WILL NOT BE MICROMANAGED – If you need something, ask. If not, leadership stays out of your way so you can do your best work.

- 3+ years of experience in a professional auto repair facility
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills (light-duty diesel experience is a bonus)
