We are a small, locally owned automotive repair shop. We are looking for a well-experienced Line Technician who also has strong diagnostic skills. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and our focus is always on ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform line work and diagnostic work with accuracy and precision
Communicate directly with the service writer to discuss vehicle needs and necessary repairs
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all repairs and diagnostics
Ensure that the customer’s needs are met with clear, timely communication and exceptional service
Work in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive line technician with diagnostic skills
Own tools and a valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to work efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey vehicle needs to the service writer and team
A commitment to providing the best customer service
