This position is full-time. Accrued sick leave after 90 days. Paid time off after one year. 401k benefits after one year. We are looking for long-term employees who want to learn and grow with the Company. We have a proven system in place to ensure success and growth for a motivated team member.

ABOUT YOU:
Must have experience in framing and carpentry.
Must have pride in your work, and desire to achieve top notch customer service
Must be able to lead, communicate, solve problems and work unsupervised at times.
Must be able to be organized, and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Must be able to communicate with customers
Must be completely dependable and reliable.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must enjoy coming to work, having fun with us and have a sense of humor
Must have the ability to work well in teams.
Must have strong customer service abilities. We pride ourselves on making our customers extremely happy and gain referrals from every job. You must love going out of your way to impress our customers or we are not for you.
