Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent from the Field.
Potential to grow into a Project Engineer / Project Manager / or Superintendent position.
Excellent Pay, Benefits, Time Off:
$60,000.00 per year starting annual salary, paid weekly
$500.00 per month fuel and vehicle allowance, paid monthly
$1,000 per month paid directly to the Employee intended for medical, vision, and dental insurance for themselves and their family, paid monthly
$2,000 per year retirement contribution, paid annually
3 paid weeks of vacation per year
5 paid sick days per year
7 paid holidays per year
Regular paid training, including: silica lead & asbestos, ladders and scaffolding, trenching and shoring, confined spaces, hoisting and lifting, equipment operation, etc.
Requirements:
Experience, work ethic, honesty, and love of commercial construction.
Duties:
Manage subcontractors, record daily reports, maintain a secure jobsite, communicate effectively, self-perform and manage self-performed work when required, and be proactive in everything.
