Over the past 39 years in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area, Copeland Architecture & Construction has become an award-winning leader in the design-build residential market providing clients an enjoyable custom home experience in new and remodel construction. We are seeking to add a qualified Finish Carpenter to the Copeland team.
Job Responsibilities
As a Finish Carpenter you may perform several types of carpentry work including the following:
o Installing doors, casing, base, and crown
o Installing stair components, cabinets, shelving, and hardware
o Installing exterior finish components including railings and decorative woodwork
Qualifications
The qualifications you need to have for this role are:
o Timeliness and dependability
o Be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions
o Be comfortable working with hand and power tools including but not limited to: skill saws, table saws, drills, sanders, routers, pneumatic nail guns, hand tools, and air compressors
o Have a safety-focused mindset
o Physically able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
o Good vision (corrective eyewear accepted)
o Must be able to maneuver around jobsite obstacles typical to construction projects, including ascending and descending ladders
o Must have valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record to drive a company vehicle to sites/dump
Pay & Benefits
o $28-$35/hour DOE
