Compensation: $30-$40/hour DOE | Overtime Paid at Time-and-a-Half | No Cap on Overtime | Profit Sharing!

Continental Contractors, Inc. is looking for a Project Foreman & Heavy Equipment Operator who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and take charge. What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the Charge: Manage and mentor a hardworking team while keeping everything running smoothly on the job site.

Plan & Organize: Read civil plans, organize equipment and materials, and ensure your team is ready to tackle each project head-on.

Operate Heavy Machinery: Whether it’s graders, backhoes, haul trucks, or dozers, you’ll be behind the wheel making things happen.

Mass Grading and Utilities: From grading roads to trenching for sewer and water systems, your expertise will be essential in shaping the land.

Safety First: You’ll ensure the team follows safety protocols and works in an environment where safety is a top priority.

Keep Things Running: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in top shape—because safety starts with well-maintained machines!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years of heavy equipment operation and leadership experience in construction, land development, or similar fields.

Knowledge: Expertise in mass grading, underground utilities, and road construction. Ability to read and understand civil plan sets.

Leadership Skills: You know how to keep your team motivated, on-task, and performing at their best.

Heavy Equipment Mastery: You’re comfortable operating all kinds of heavy machinery—from graders to backhoes to dozers.

Team Player: You bring a collaborative spirit and help foster a positive, safe work environment.

Physical Stamina: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work—even when it means manual labor.
