I have a 950 sq ft cabin 45 min from North Spokane. Looking for someone to sure up my post and beam foundation will require to dig up around some of the cabin. Not looking to adjust the cabin just want to add more support using foundation jacks placed in the best locations. I will supply all required material you do the work that we both agree on. I live at Waitts Lake and the winter is on our side this year. The cabin has good space under the cabin to do a lot of the work. I want someone that knows what they are doing, There is potential for more work if both parties are happy with the working arrangement. Come and take a look and give me a bid we will go from there.
