HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Ground Up Road Construction is looking for Heavy Equipment Operators. We have built a solid reputation as the industry leader for Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Pulverization, and in-place Soil Stabilization in the Pacific Northwest.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, contractors and the general public.
Apply common sense and good judgment to everyday situations.
Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
Perform safety and maintenance inspections.
Mechanical knowledge and experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid and current State of Washington or Idaho driver’s license.
Class A or B CDL preferred.
2 yrs of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are required.
Cell phone (will supplement a portion of bill for business use).
