We have signed contracts and are seeking those with skills in all areas of interior and exterior construction – carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, doors/windows, stain/paint and more in residential building and remodeling at all skill levels – zero to journeyman.
At senior experience levels, you will work independently or with others that you supervise to perform most types of home remodeling and construction of outdoor kitchens/pavilions and decks.
At junior experience levels, you will assist others and learn a broad spectrum of construction and remodeling skills.
Responsibilities:
Do demolition, frame, install drywall, texturing, painting, install windows and doors, install tile, install cabinets and more.
Show up on time and put in a full day.
Do good quality work, communicate effectively, work efficiently and work safely.
Maintain a clean work area.
Be courteous and respectful towards clients and co-workers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in remodeling will determine level of hire.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be physically fit and handle a physical workload.
Must have good references and photo examples of recent work.
