JA Bertsch is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in Residential installation of heating and cooling equipment.
Team Member job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with Installing HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring.
- Work with your HVAC journeyman to ensure proper system installation.
- Use the appropriate tools to assist in commissioning the HVAC system installation.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 to 2+ years of HVAC training or experience.
- Some mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills for field service interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification required but not mandatory upon hire.
