Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and meet all building codes and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining plumbing issues and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
