Established design-build remodeling company seeking a VERY experienced carpenter, skilled in all aspects of residential remodeling. Must have own set of hand tools and reliable transportation.

The ideal candidate is:
-experienced and proficient in remodeling (framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, flooring); 7+ years in advanced carpentry positions preferred
-able to read and interpret plans; able to create timelines and production plans
-great with people - both clients and other employees; respect and kindness is non-negotiable
-experienced in overseeing, trainging and directiong laborers on the job for maximum efficiency white maintaining a postitive work environment
-understanding safety compliance and prioritizes safety for all
-a great communicator and is team-minded
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Construction/Carpentry Labor
Job-site supervision, protection, and cleanliness
Supervision and Scheduling of Subcontractors
Scheduling of Inspections
Material Takeoffs and Orders
Customer satisfaction
Maintenance of Job Site Paperwork
Pay is completely based on experience and will be established after a trial employment period
