JA Bertsch Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our Home Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and leading a crew of 2 in residential settings.
Team Member Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Install HVAC systems following specifications and company standards
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall efficiency
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge in refrigeration
- Ability to perform tasks related to HVAC systems
- Field service experience
- Familiarity and skill installing air conditioning systems
- Universal EPA required
-Valid Drivers License
- Idaho HVAC Journeyman's card preferred
- Nate Certification preferred
