Job Description:
Oversee new construction installations as well as changeouts and mini split installations. Responsible for coordinating with site contractors/homeowners, managers, and other trades. This job is leadership-focused, requiring technical skill and ability to supervise/train accompanying helper (s). Responsible to guide the crew to complete installations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionally while ensuring safety and quality.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years of HVAC installation experience (preferably as a lead)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to train crew members
Ability to use trade tools including gas charts and duct calculators
Understanding of jobsite requirements and safeties
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Not afraid of heights
Strong communication skills
Must pass a background check and drug test
Competitive pay $28-$32 per/hour (DOE)
