We’re looking to add three solid team members to our growing construction crew.
Position 1: Crew Lead Support
We need a reliable second-in-command—someone who thrives on getting the job done, stays focused, and can be trusted to run tasks independently or with a laborer. You’ll be supporting our crew leads and keeping projects moving smoothly.
Positions 2 : 1-2 Experienced Foremen
We’re hiring 1-2 foremen with extensive experience in building high-quality, custom decks, porch covers, and exterior structures. If you know how to lead a crew and deliver top-tier craftsmanship, we’re ready to keep you busy.
Project Scope & Location
We’re licensed in Washington and Idaho
Most projects are within 20–30 miles of Post Falls
Travel beyond that range includes additional compensation
What We’re Looking For-
Proven skill in exterior work: decks, covers, siding, sheds, framing, bungalows
Strong knowledge of interior work for winter projects
Ability to produce quality and profitable builds and develop your team
Willingness to work hard and grow with the team

Compensation depends on:
Your skill level
Whether you bring your own tools/truck or use ours
Your ability to deliver quality work efficiently
