My name is Darrick Preble and I run a local company called Preble Painting. We are a Spokane based residential and light commercial painting company.

You must not be afraid to outwork yourself everyday. This is a fast paced job and you must be detail oriented. We expect a lot from our team.
Painting is a grueling task and it involves the type of person who wouldn’t mind competing on American ninja Warrior or who is half spider money! Carrying heavy ladders and scaling rooflines is a daily activity. It definitely keeps you in shape!
Our ideal painter would already have a job and be striving for more in life. Such as a sense of belonging at a company with positivity, a career and maybe more money as we may have some of the highest pay rates in town. We strive to be more like a family than coworkers.
Our apprentices will get hired into journeyman positions and they will get hired into management as we grow. Therefore, we need people with the drive to grow to management and innovate with us.

We also need a journeymen Painter to lead crews. You will get paid what your worth and have a future with growth and appreciation. Our leads get paid on AVERAGE $26 an hour
We are looking for team members who:
1. Have a drivers license
2. Have no ongoing court dates and a clean record (with exceptions)
3. Have worked in the same job for extended amount of time with references
4. You are a leader
5. You love others and believe in treating others with respect.
6. You are willing to work with others who don't quite have your same skills.
If you’ve never painted or your not quite journeymen level, we will coach you to get to the next level. We are a growth minded company and skill hoarding doesn’t happen here.
