Mid-size Spokane Valley apartment community seeking a part-time on-site maintenance/manager capable of leasing, minor repairs and making vacant apartments rent-ready. Duties will include painting, hanging blinds, doors, smoke and carbon detectors, minor plumbing, grounds upkeep, minor carpentry, and cleaning. This position required you to live on-site and compensation includes free rent, utilities and salary. This position is ideal to supplement retirement income or a part time job off-site. Your schedule would be very flexible as long as you are available to residents and management by phone. Some duties such as cleaning and painting are compensated at an extra hourly rate.
