Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all ordering of the warehouse. This includes service, residential, and commercial departments.
Be in constant contact with Managers from every department about the status of orders. Partnership with the warehouse team will be imperative.
Manage relations with vendors and suppliers. This includes getting the best price on materials and goods
Review schedule for upcoming jobs to make certain we have all the items in house
Report any issues and shortages pulled at day's end to Foremen.
List return material when necessary and return to stock.
List all overstocked items and return to the vendor.
Assist RNC and Commercial Foremen and Shop Foreman with items necessary to complete jobs.
Help Maintain the shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.
Notify Department Managers of any shortages of stock items.
Perform monthly inventory count.
Check with shop foreman for any needed stock.
Maintain facility in proper operating condition.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
Pass a background check
Must have experience or knowledge of the HVAC industry

Effective internal customer service skills to communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems, to coworkers.
Demonstrate an ability to effectively and successfully complete projects in an orderly and efficient manner, with attention to detail.
Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
