We are a small residential construction company looking for another team member. Ideally we are looking for someone that has well rounded experience in residential construction that is ready to take the next step into a foreman position. Depending on experience, at the end of a 2-6 month training/transition period this position will pay $30/hr and include a truck, gas card and profit sharing bonus and/or health insurance depending on your preference. At full performance level pay will be $45/hr with included perks. Ideal candidates will have experience in excavation, foundations, flatwork setup, framing, siding, interior trim/finish and be comfortable leading a laborer for 1-3 days without supervision and be comfortable interacting with customers. Must have decent driving record for company truck but we can also offer vehicle reimbursement if you have to drive your own vehicle. No alcohol or drug problems. Punctual and able to handle your personal life during non work hours. We work 4-10s as much as possible other than the shortest part of the winter. Most work is in the Coeurdalene area.
