Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
Black Realty Managment is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spokane, WA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair within the assigned location. The position requires a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently.
Essential Functions:
Perform maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, dry wall repair, minor plumbing, Apartment cleaning and trash outs.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical ,etc
Coordinate with outside service providers when services are needed for building repairs.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures as required.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred
Must be able to use basic hand tools and power equipment such as power saws, drills, etc., as well as other equipment as directed.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
