Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled roofer with hands-on experience in roofing installation and repair. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work on every project, including re-roofs and new construction roofing jobs.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, low-slope, etc.)
Perform tear-offs, underlayment, flashing, shingle, and metal installation
Complete new construction roofing installations to meet builder and project specifications
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and OSHA safety requirements
Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on time
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of roofing installation experience (required)
Experience with new construction roofing (preferred)
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety procedures
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working long hours outdoors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
